What we charge for

ChaiSaab sells software subscriptions and related platform services — not chai, shop inventory, or payment processing for your customers’ orders.

Paid products may include shopkeeper plans (single-shop or multi-shop), supplier onboarding plans, ChaiSaab Living (property and association management), customer miniapps cloud storage, and other features shown at checkout. Free tiers may be available; paid features are activated only after successful payment or a valid license key.

• Shopkeeper & supplier subscriptions — access to ChaiSaab software features.
• ChaiSaab Living — property, guest, billing, and gate tools (currently in beta).
• Customer miniapps subscription — optional cloud save quota.
• License keys — prepaid access codes per plan terms.

ChaiSaab Living — currently in beta

ChaiSaab Living is in active beta. That means the product is real and improving, but you should expect changes, occasional downtime, and features that are still being refined.

We ask that you report bugs, billing problems, or anything that does not work as expected — especially on Living — so we can fix it. Email contact@chaisaab.com with your property name, account email, and a short description of the issue. We read every report and use your feedback to prioritise fixes.

• Beta does not mean “free forever” — if you choose a paid Living plan, normal subscription billing applies.
• Beta does mean we are still shipping improvements — thank you for your patience and for telling us when something breaks.

Pricing & payment methods

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise at checkout. Applicable taxes (including GST, where required) may be added or included as displayed on the invoice or payment screen.

• Online gateways — Stripe, Cashfree, or other enabled gateways.
• Manual payment — UPI or bank transfer with transaction reference, subject to verification.
• License key — no separate charge at redemption if the key covers the plan.

Billing cycle & renewal

Subscription periods (weekly, monthly, or as stated on the plan) begin when payment is confirmed or a license key is redeemed. Paid access continues until the end of the current period.

Recurring plans renew automatically when paid through a payment gateway unless you cancel before renewal. Manual or license-key plans expire on the end date shown in your dashboard unless renewed.

Invoices & records

Where applicable, tax invoices are issued in the name of ChaiSaab Pvt Ltd with details required under Indian GST law. Business customers should provide a valid GSTIN and billing address before purchase if you need a B2B invoice.

Keep your own copy of invoices and payment confirmations for your accounts and tax filings.

Refunds — not available at this time

To be clear and fair: we do not offer refunds on ChaiSaab subscription fees at this time. If you pay for a plan, that payment covers the billing period shown at checkout and is non-refundable — including if you stop using the service part-way through the period, change your mind, or because ChaiSaab Living or another feature is in beta.

If you believe you were billed in error (for example charged twice for the same period), contact us at contact@chaisaab.com with your transaction details. We will review billing records and correct mistakes on our side. Monetary refunds remain unavailable at this time except where applicable law requires otherwise.

• No refund for the current or past billing period once payment is confirmed.
• No pro-rata refund if you cancel mid-period — see Cancellation below.
• Chargebacks: please contact us first; disputing with your bank without giving us a chance to review may delay resolution.

Cancellation — you can stop future charges

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation is fair and straightforward: it stops future renewal charges; it does not refund fees already paid for the current period.

After you cancel, paid access typically continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. For gateway subscriptions, cancel from your subscription or billing settings, or email us before the next renewal date. For Living, shopkeeper, supplier, or other plans, use the cancellation option in your dashboard where available, or contact contact@chaisaab.com.

Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically delete your account or data. Export anything you need before downgrading or closing an account.

Shop customer payments (not ChaiSaab billing)

When customers pay you via UPI, cash, or your QR, that is between you and your customer — separate from ChaiSaab subscription fees.

Billing questions & issue reports

For billing questions, suspected billing errors, or product issues (especially ChaiSaab Living beta feedback), email contact@chaisaab.com with your account email, property or shop name, payment date, transaction ID if relevant, and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
