What we charge for

ChaiSaab sells software subscriptions — not chai, shop inventory, or your customers’ order payments.

Paid products include shopkeeper plans, supplier plans, customer miniapps storage, and features shown at checkout.

• Shopkeeper & supplier subscriptions — access to ChaiSaab software features.
• Customer miniapps subscription — optional cloud save quota.
• License keys — prepaid access codes per plan terms.

Pricing & payment methods

Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. GST may be added or included as displayed at checkout.

• Online gateways — Stripe, Cashfree, or other enabled gateways.
• Manual payment — UPI or bank transfer with transaction reference, subject to verification.
• License key — no separate charge at redemption if the key covers the plan.

Billing cycle & renewal

Subscription periods begin when payment is confirmed or a license key is redeemed.

Gateway plans renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal.

Invoices & records

Tax invoices are issued by ChaiSaab Pvt Ltd where GST applies. Provide GSTIN for B2B invoices.

Keep your own copy of invoices and payment confirmations.

Refunds

Digital software access — refunds are limited but handled fairly under applicable law.

• Duplicate charge or payment error — full refund after verification.
• Failure to activate paid access — we fix access or refund if we cannot resolve in reasonable time.
• Change of mind after access started — generally no refund for the current billing period.
• Chargebacks — contact us first at contact@chaisaab.com before disputing with your bank.

Cancellation

Cancel before renewal to avoid a new charge. Cancellation stops future billing; export data before downgrading.

Shop customer payments (not ChaiSaab billing)

When customers pay you via UPI, cash, or your QR, that is between you and your customer — separate from ChaiSaab subscription fees.
